Meet that Maker - Sticky Balsamic

We stumbled across Sticky Balsamic at a local Farmers Market one very windy Melbourne morning, and wondered how such a mind blowing flavour bomb had gone under our radar. As a result, it was one of the very early additions to the Local Pantry Co range, so we're well over due for a word with them! Here is a little more about Sticky Balsamic, where they're from and where they're headed.

HOW DID STICKY BALSAMIC COME TO BE?

The inspiration behind Sticky Balsamic is to help people make even tastier food, easily at home. The decision to start the business was a quick one, as we know the product was excellent and would be well received by people.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products are all handmade in Victoria by our chefs in small batches. We proudly use only pure ingredients (no additional preservatives, buffers etc.) so they are all as allergy free as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE DISH TO COOK AT HOME?

My favourite dish to cook changes all the time, but at the moment it is Roast Chicken Breast with Pearl Barley and Pumpkin salad. This uses Sticky Balsamic Premium Quince which is light and adds an extra dimension effortlessly.
