Dukkah is traditionally eaten with bread and oil, but it’s such a versatile seasoning that it can be used to take so many meals to a new place. This mix of pistachio, hazelnut, sesame seeds, almond, coriander, cumin and salt and pepper can be mixed with olive oil to use as a salad dressing.
