Tamar Valley Truffle Oil is produced by the Caccavo Family of olive groves Tasmania in the Coal River Valley. First picked olives in fused with Tamar ValleyTruffles Black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum).
Gently drizzle truffled oil over potatoes, pasta, polenta, risotto. Eggs and truffled oil is a match made in heaven. Sprinkle over scrambled eggs or an omelette. Finish a fish fillet, steak, duck breast or piece of lamb with truffled oil. Or simply pour over toast or fresh crusty bread.
