41 Degrees South - Ginseng Tea REDUCED TO CLEAR

  • $1195
  • Save $2.05

41° South is a small farm located in Tasmania within the UNESCO approved Tasmanian World Heritage Area. The farm was carved from an area previously overrun by willow and gorse and now boasts a patchwork of wetland grasses, freshwater ponds, dykes, marshes and fen set along the western creek rivulet. They are famous for their ginseng cultivation.

Taking 7 - 15 years to grow a ginseng root to harvest means that it is still a young industry in Australia. These teas match the ginseng with a China Sencha and a Ceylon Orange Pekoe for a balanced tea for green and black tea lovers alike.
