Mount Zero - Pink Lake Natural Salt - SELECT LINES SHORT DATE OR DISCONTINUED
This natural pink salt is harvested by hand by Mt Zero and the Barengi Gardjin Land Council, who represent the Wimmera’s traditional land owners. The small amount of salt that is harvested is part of a respectful collaboration that shares sun dried pink salt from one of Victoria’s natural salt lakes. The flavour of the salt is less sharp than many refined salts as it is loaded with a cluster of complex minerals such as magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sulphur, iron, manganese, zinc and copper as well as being rich in beta carotene. As always, the salt is harvested in line with Mt Zero’s sustainable farming principles and quest for quality.
