Native Pepper Berries Whole
Native Pepper Berries, also known as Mountain Pepper is grown in the cool rain forrests of Tasmania. With up to 4 times more antioxidants than blueberries, it is considered to be an Australian super-food. Indigenous Australians used it for its antiseptic properties and also to flavour their food. On first taste it has an almost fruity flavour, followed up by a sharper, spicy, hot flavour. It can be used as an alternative to everyday pepper.
