Phillippa's Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Brownie
An intense chocolate indulgence. Slice into fingers for lunches, afternoon tea or a picnic in the park, or into small squares to serve as a petit four with coffee after dinner. As a dessert, warm gently in the oven (wrapped in foil) and serve with berry coulis, poached pears or cream.
Ingredients: Sugar, butter, eggs, what flour, Callebaut Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin & vanillin) Cocoa powder, raspberry concentrate, (Sugar, glucose syrup, raspberries, citric acid, malic acid, black carrot extract, pectin)
Serves 6 60g portions.
